“Begin Where You Are and Stay There”
“Begin where you are” is about tuning into your own body and accepting yourself in the present. Transformation begins from this place and ”staying there” is about keeping the focus in that present moment.
Sarah’s classes provide a gentle flow with plenty of time to observe breath and alignment in each pose. This is a great environment for those who are newer to yoga or would like to drop by for a “stretch”.
The most important part is just showing up.
